Pick an upcoming week for a Meet and Greet event for your agents to network with local businesses featured in the app. New agencies should pick a date about three to four months away. Usually scheduling the event as part of one of your regular agent meetings is recommended for best networking results. Complete the Production Order and we’ll activate your agency immediately and run tests with you! Once we start adding sponsors, your agency’s exclusive discounts will begin to appear for all users.
We’ll reach out to your agents and discuss the benefits of using the service. We’ll confirm their information for their free agent listing and invite them to the Meet and Greet event. If they have sponsor recommendations for the app, we’ll make sure they’re included. We’ll also make sure to reach out to a good variety of quality local businesses to provide a varied and useful resource for your agents and for end users.
RSVPs are counted two weeks before the scheduled Meet and Greet week. We’ll share a list of attendees with you, decide where and on what day to hold the event, drop-ship the print brochures to you, and send final invites. In most cases, it’ll be at your agency, or wherever your regular agent meetings occur. Within one day of the event, we’ll make ourselves available to each attendee and have a final check-in call with your team. We’ll provide suggested event itinerary so you and your team and each attendee knows exactly what to expect.
After the event, we’ll periodically check in with you and your agents over the year to fine-tune our services to your needs by improving your variety of service providers, adding features that can benefit your agency, and learning how our service can help your agency sell more homes.
