Getting Started

It’s easy to get started with your account! The first thing you’ll need to do to log in is to reset your password, then you can edit your ad to your specifications! Follow these six simple steps to get started (Please note that screenshots are Android screenshots, iOS layout is exactly the same with minor cosmetic differences):

Step 1: Download and install the app. Once it opens and you accept the terms, the Top Deals view loads. Press My Info in the lower-right hand corner and you’ll get to the My Info screen:




Step 2: As a sponsor, you already have an account, so don’t press Sign Up. Press Sign in, which takes you to the Sign In screen:

Step 3: Under the Sign In With Guidecomm button, where it says Need Your Password? Click here to reset it, click there. Enter the email address that we’ve corresponded with you on in the Reset Password field and click Reset.



Step 4: Check your email and find the email that was just sent to you. Follow the prompts there to securely reset your password.

Step 5: Return to the Guidecomm app and navigate back to the Sign In screen (My Info -> Sign In). Enter your email address and the password you just created, and click the Sign In With Guidecomm button.

Step 6: Once you’re signed in, the My Info screen looks a little different. Everything you need to manage your ad is located at the bottom in the Sponsor section under Edit Sponsor Information and Manage Offers.
